By accessing or using "AI Apps by StyleAi" (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

The App provides AI-powered translation and chatbot services ("Services"). Each feature may have usage limitations and is subject to change without prior notice.
(Note: "AI-powered" clarifies the technology basis, while "subject to change" reserves flexibility for updates.)
Collected information is used exclusively for:
Service provision and functionality optimization
Subscription processing (auto-renewal notifications will be sent in advance)
Anonymized statistical analysis (no personally identifiable data retained)
(Note: "Exclusively" restricts data usage scope, while anonymization ensures GDPR/CCPA compliance.)
On-device processing: Real-time facial recognition for AR filters occurs locally (no cloud processing).
No retention: Original facial images or biometric data are never stored on servers.
Third-party assurance: No SDKs requiring facial data upload are integrated.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically within 24 hours before the cycle ends. Cancel anytime via App Store/Google Play settings.
Price transparency: All fees (including taxes) are displayed before purchase.
Refund policy: Subject to Apple/Google platform policies (no direct refunds via StyleAi).

You agree to use the Services lawfully and without:
Harassment, hate speech, or harmful content
Spamming, phishing, or service disruption
Reverse-engineering, reselling, or unauthorized access
Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

The App, its technology, trademarks, and content are owned by Tripical VN LLC or licensors. You may not:
Copy, modify, or create derivative works
Distribute, sell, or exploit the App commercially
Bypass security measures or scrape data
(Note: Standard IP protection clause, referencing DMCA and international copyright laws.)
Text submissions (e.g., translations/chats) are not linked to your identity.
You retain ownership but grant us a global, royalty-free license to use submissions for service improvement.
We are not liable for consequences of your submissions.

Your privacy is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which details:
Data collection scope
Third-party sharing (if any)
User rights (access/deletion requests)
By using the App, you consent to data practices outlined therein.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Uninterrupted, error-free service
Accuracy of AI-generated content
Compatibility with all devices

Tripical VN LLC is not liable for:
Indirect damages (lost profits, data loss, etc.)
Third-party conduct or content
Unauthorized access to your account
Liability is capped at the amount you paid in the past 6 months.

These Terms are governed by Vietnamese law (Tripical VN LLC’s jurisdiction), excluding conflict-of-law rules.
